The UF Health St. Johns Mobile Outreach Clinic brings care to your doorstep with two private exam rooms and a welcoming waiting area. Some services require pre-registration, while others are available via walkup. No matter your needs, our dedicated clinical and social health teams are here to prioritize your privacy and provide exceptional, compassionate care—all within the comfort of our state-of-the-art mobile clinic.

2ND ANNUAL FOUNDATION 5000

The Foundation 5000 will be hosted by the UF Health St. Johns Foundation on Saturday, Jan. 11 at 8 a.m. The 5K road race begins and ends on the grounds of UF Health Flagler Hospital and offers an opportunity to support the UF Health St. Johns Mobile Outreach Clinic.

The cost to enter is $35 until Dec. 31; Price increases to $40 after Dec. 31. Employees receive a 10% discount with the code UFH25.
