Hurricane Helene

Sept. 27, 10:30 a.m.

All UF Health St. Johns locations have resumed normal operations today, Friday, Sept. 27, with the exception of one.

Our Nocatee location is currently without power but we hope to resume operations soon. If you have an appointment scheduled there today, our staff will call you prior to your appointment time to let you know if power has resumed. We thank you for your patience.

Sept. 26, 11 a.m. update

We continue to monitor the storm and anticipated impacts to our area. Based on current projections, we will continue with normal operations Thursday, and Friday this week.

For the safety of our patients' loved ones, we encourage hospital visitation to end at 6 p.m. as the storm’s greatest impacts are expected shortly thereafter. Family members should not use the hospital as a shelter.

The surgical center and ambulatory enterprise locations (primary care, pediatrics, orthopaedics, lab, imaging, etc.) will also continue normal operations. Most offices will close at either 3 or 4 p.m. today, once all scheduled patients have been seen.

Urgent care offices at MuraBella and on the hospital campus will close at 6 p.m.

Sept. 25, 11 a.m. update

We continue to monitor the storm and anticipated impacts to our area. Based on current projections, we will continue with normal operations Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday this week.

If you have any questions about a scheduled appointment, please contact your provider’s office directly.
