Hongfei Di, MD, Joins Flagler Health+ Primary Care

St. Augustine, Fla. July 28, 2022 – Dr. Hongfei Di, a board-certified family medicine physician, has joined Flagler Health+’s network of Primary Care providers. Dr. Di is now scheduling appointments for new patients at the Flagler Health+ Primary Care office at MuraBella, located at 70 Turin Terrace, Suite 100, near the World Golf Village in St. Augustine, Fla.

Dr. Di joins the Flagler Health+ team after serving as Medical Director of Primary Care and as a Family Medicine Physician at MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio. Before that, Dr. Di was in private practice at New Family Physician Associates in Lyndhurst, OH.

“I’d like to welcome Dr. Di to the team at Flagler Health+ as we continue to expand our primary care practices throughout the community,” said Dr. David Rice, Chief Physician Executive. “With his experience in family medicine, he will be a valued addition to our team of physicians at Flagler Health+ Primary Care at MuraBella.”

Dr. Di provides versatile health care services, from newborn to geriatric care. He is well adapted in managing chronic medical conditions and his interests are in musculoskeletal injections and dermatology.

Dr. Di received his Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine and Surgery from Xi’an Jiaotong University College of Medicine in Xi’an, China, and completed his residency at Case Western Reserve/MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio, where he was Chief Resident in 2017-18.

Dr. Di is fluent in Mandarin.
