Christine M. Krajewski, MD
A board-certified family medicine physician, Dr. Krajewski joined UF Health St. Johns after completing her residency at the Grand Strand Medical Center in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. While there, she was named the most outstanding resident.


After having earned her Bachelor of Science Degree from Hofstra University in Hempstead, New York, she received her Doctorate Degree in Medicine from the Ross University School of Medicine in Dominica.


Dr. Krajewski is a member of the American Association of Family Physicians and the American Board of Family Medicine.

Patrick J. Harris, DO
A board-certified in family medicine and his clinical expertise spans the full scope of primary care, with special emphasis on osteopathic medicine. He is an expert in skin surgeries — including benign and malignant skin lesion biopsy and removal — toenail surgeries and joint injections. He also provides care for cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension, high cholesterol, and heart arrhythmias; sports medicine and nonsurgical musculoskeletal disorders; respiratory infections; and geriatric medicine to care for the unique needs of senior patients.

He offers osteopathic manipulation treatment, known as OMT, to address a wide variety of conditions such as arthritis and headaches, as well as musculoskeletal injuries and aches that include lower back, neck, and joint pain. OMT can help improve patients’ mobility and range of motion, and it can be used in combination with other medical therapies to improve patient outcomes.

Dr. Harris earned his medical degree in osteopathic medicine from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and completed his internship and residency in family practice at Columbus Regional Medical Center in Columbus, Georgia. He is a member of the American Osteopathic Association and the American Academy of Family Practice. Dr. Harris contributes to medical education as an adjunct preceptor for the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM).

Katrina S. General, APRN
Katrina General, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner at UF Health Primary Care – Treaty Oaks. She has specific experience in caring for patients of all ages and sees patients aged 13 and older. General is dedicated to providing accessible, compassionate care to patients of all ethnic and religious backgrounds. Her goal is to treat each patient as she would want her own family to be treated. She is highly skilled in diagnosing acute and chronic conditions, and collaborating with specialists on her patients’ care as needed. She enjoys working together with her patients to develop personalized long-term plans to improve their health that fit their needs and lifestyle.

General earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Florida and completed her post-graduate family nurse practitioner education at Jacksonville University in Jacksonville, Florida.
