				Caitlin Bass, MD
Dr. Bass is a board certified internal medicine physician who joined UF Health St. Johnsafter completing her residency in internal medicine and her fellowship in Hospice and Palliative Care at Florida State University. She received her Doctor of Medicine degree from Saba University School of Medicine and he undergraduate degree from the University of Florida. Dr. Bass is an accomplished writer who has published several articles in publications such as the Washington Post.
Maria-Teresa David, DO

Dr. Maria-Teresa David is an experienced primary care provider with medical expertise in preventive care, chronic conditions, undersea and hyperbaric medicine, and wound care. She sees patients ages 18 and up. Dr. David has experience in caring for the most critically ill patients in hospital intensive care settings, as well as veterans and active-duty service members. She is dedicated to providing thorough exams and consultations to every patient, ensuring she understands their needs and to help them achieve their health goals. She has a special interest in deep sea diving and the medical conditions that can arise from it. Dr. David received her doctor of osteopathic medicine degree from Nova Southeastern in Miami Beach, Florida. She is board-certified in internal medicine and undersea and hyperbaric medicine.
Yasmine Akhiyat, MD


Dr. Yasmine Akhiyat is a driven family medicine physician who sees adult patients at UF Health Primary Care – Whetstone Place. She has immersed herself in caring for patients of diverse backgrounds and is excited to return to the St. Augustine area to provide care to the community where she grew up. Outside of the practice, she enjoys volunteering for organizations that provide medical care to people who are uninsured or underinsured. She believes that everyone should have access to high-quality care close to home. She also enjoys teaching medical students and residents to help guide the next generation of physicians. Dr. Akhiyat earned her medical degree from the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine in Tampa, Florida, and completed her residency in family medicine at the University of South Florida Health Morton Plant Mease Family Medicine Residency Program in Clearwater, Florida.




Dr. Victoria Ulatowski is a board-certified family medicine physician who treats patients ages 6 and older. She is dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care, whether that means helping you through flu season, keeping your child on schedule for school physicals and vaccines, or managing your chronic conditions.
As a physician and community member, Dr. Ulatowski is passionate about giving back. She has volunteered to provide disaster relief after hurricanes and participated in mental health and youth action teams to distribute resources to vulnerable populations. She is also proficient in Russian.
Dr. Ulatowski earned her medical degree from the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine in Sint Maarten, and completed her family medicine residency at Mercyhealth Hospital in Janesville, Wisconsin.
