
With over 25 years of experience in legal, accounting, and fundraising, Mrs. Kelbert is the Administrator for the UF Health St. Johns Foundation, where she oversees fundraising operations, donor relations and stewardship initiatives. Her role also extends to managing the volunteer auxiliary and the hospital’s gift shop.
Born in Georgetown, Guyana, Mrs. Kelbert has called St. Augustine her hometown since 1976. An alumna of Flagler College, she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting, followed by a Master of Business Administration from American Public University. Her expertise has been shaped through her work with the Department of Justice’s Asset Forfeiture Unit, Office of Institutional Advancement at Flagler College and the Office of Philanthropy at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. As a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE), she holds one of the most prestigious credentials in the field, demonstrating her commitment to ethical and effective fundraising.
Mrs. Kelbert’s community volunteerism includes serving as a trustee/vice chair for the St. Augustine Lighthouse & Maritime Museum, consultant to UF Health St. Johns Care Connect’s Advisory Council, founding member of Flagler College’s Women of Vision and team liaison for the 3/20th Special Forces Group Family Readiness Program.
In her personal life, she enjoys creating special meals—especially desserts—for loved ones, relaxing with a great book in her backyard and simply being with her husband, their daughter and two Cavachons.
