UF Health St. Johns has recently welcomed Advanced Practice Registered Nurse Gëzim "Jimmy" Pajaziti to their UF Health Primary Care – Greenbriar location.
With a solid background as a respiratory therapist and patient care technician, Pajaziti combines years of clinical expertise with a patient-centered approach. His clinical interests include pulmonology, cardiology, obesity, and primary care, aiming to empower individuals to take charge of their health and well-being.
Pajaziti joins primary care physician Elizabeth L. Di, M.D., who is currently serving patients at the practice, conveniently located off of county road 210.
As a proud recipient of the DAISY Nursing Excellence Award, which honors nurses for their outstanding patient care, Pajaziti is eager to make a meaningful impact in the community. He is predominantly passionate about health education and strives to improve healthcare outcomes in the St. Johns region.
